This was delicious. I just made this, but I fried it in olive oil with minced garlic instead of baking it. I served it with a side of pasta and tomato sauce. Next, I want to try it in as a chicken Parmesan sandwich. I will probably bake it next time!

Wow! Memoria, your recipes/photos continue to AMAZE me. These look SOOOOO good, and I don't even eat meat! Looking at your photos has me seriously missing the chicken tenders from my childhood days (pre-vegetarian). Your bread looks amazing too -- just like store bought, although I'm sure it tastes 100 times better. Have a great time with your mom!

Hello Memoria! I have missed my blogging friends because I have been without internet. I am in a hotel so have it for a couple of days and then back to working to get the wireless working with my Mac. These look great and I would never have thought to make a sandwich!
