Yay, you made it! This chicken looks fabulous. I have never tried using the methi leaves but they sound like an excellent addition. I will definitely try them next time I make this.

The photo colors really pop and the bowl and the sauces and the chicken (before and after it has been grilled) make my mouth water with anticipation.
