Ju - I know! I never got around to freezing them haha. They last about three 2-3 days in an airtight container, so yeah, you could just do that haha.

Fear not the substitution! I like to relieve some of my sweets guilt by substituting some of that aweful white flour with whole grain (wheat) flour. This would be a good recipe to go 50/50 good/bad flour.
You know what these blondies need? NUTS! Lots of peacans or walnuts. (Hee, hee! I know you hate them. ;)).
